Break up gouda into small pieces and add slowly while stirring continuously until all the cheese is added, 2-3 min. Stir continuously till cheese is dissolved. 2-3 min. Season with a pinch of pepper and remove from heat.

Add sliced steak, demi glace and 1 Tbsp water to hot pan and stir continuously till no pink remains and internal temperature reaches 145, 4-6 min. Remove from heat and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
