Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make the Meal

    If using oven, preheat to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, shredded chicken, demi-glace, peas, 2 Tbsp. water, garlic salt, ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Place on a baking sheet and bake until heated through, 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Top with goat cheese, fig glaze, and almonds. Bon appétit! If using microwave, thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, shredded chicken, demi-glace, peas, 2 Tbsp. water, garlic salt, ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine. Top with goat cheese, fig glaze, and almonds. Bon appétit!
