A note about serious food allergies

Naan is an oven-baked flatbread popular in west, central, and southern Asia. We use naan because it is chewy, delicious, and the perfect size for a personalized pizza. The fresh grape tomatoes, creamy goat cheese, and smoky bacon pair perfectly together to make this pint-size pizza one to remember.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Peel and halve onion. Slice halves into thin strips.

    Halve grape tomatoes.

    Stem and coarsely chop parsley.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

Line a plate with a paper towel.

Place bacon on prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake until slightly crisp, 9-12 minutes. Bacon will finish cooking in a later step. Transfer bacon to towel-lined plate.

Once cooled, coarsely chop or break up bacon into big chunks and set aside.

    Replace foil on baking sheet.

    While bacon cooks, caramelize onion.

  3. 3

    Caramelize the Onion

Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium pan over medium-low heat.

Add onion strips to hot pan. Spread evenly in pan, stirring often, until light brown, 10-12 minutes. The longer you cook them, the darker and sweeter they'll be.

Add honey and cook until deep brown, 2-4 minutes.

Season with a pinch of pepper and remove from burner.

  4. 4

    Build the Pizza

Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet and brush with 1 tsp. olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Top with shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, caramelized onion, bacon, and goat cheese (breaking up with your hands if needed).

  5. 5

    Cook the Pizza

Bake pizzas until cheese is melted and flatbread is browned, 10-15 minutes.

Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes before cutting.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card and garnish with parsley. Bon appetit!
