Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side and top with butter.If using sirloin steaks, follow same instructions and bake vegetables uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add the Chicken
Place marinara in empty half of tray and top with chicken. Top chicken with panko and Parmesan. Drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil.
If using sirloin steaks, follow same instructions. (Be careful when adding steak; tray will be hot.) -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken is browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
If using sirloin steaks, bake uncovered until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 16-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. Bon appétit!
