If using shrimp, in Step 1, roast vegetables in provided tray, 20 minutes. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 16-20 minutes.

Microwave the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper in a large microwave-safe bowl. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave until vegetables begin to soften, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove bowl from microwave. -
Add the Chicken
Add vegetables to one side of provided tray and top with butter.
Pat chicken dry.Place marinara in empty side of tray and top with chicken. Top chicken with panko (pressing gently to adhere), Parmesan, then 2 tsp. olive oil. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until topping is browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Tent with foil if browning too quickly.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top chicken with remaining sauce from tray. Bon appétit!
