Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.

    In one section of provided tray, combine cream base, cheese, green chiles (to taste), and garlic salt.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir pasta into cheese section. In empty section of tray, combine brisket and 1 Tbsp. water.

    Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 4-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir BBQ sauce into brisket.

    To serve, top pasta with brisket and garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.

    In one section of provided tray, combine cream base, cheese, green chiles (to taste), and garlic salt.

    Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until cheese melts, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir pasta into cheese section. In empty section of tray, combine brisket and 1 Tbsp. water.

    Place on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir BBQ sauce into brisket.

    To serve, top pasta with brisket and garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
