Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Mix potatoes, corn, and seasoning blend in bottom of provided tray.

    Add Cheese and Steaks

    Sprinkle potato mixture evenly with cheese.

    Top with sirloin steaks. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in a hot oven until steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 24-28 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and top steaks with ranch dressing and BBQ sauce. Garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
