Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming four patties instead of two and stacking them to serve.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 5, cooking until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 5, cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes per side.

Bake the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage olive oil, seasoning blend, salt, and pepper into potatoes.Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-28 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.Carefully remove fries from oven and toss with 1 tsp. rosemary (prepared in a later step). Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While potatoes cook, prepare ingredients. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Stem and mince rosemary.
Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips.Form ground beef into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Cook the Onion
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add onion and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 10-13 minutes.
Add sugar and wine. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until wine is almost entirely evaporated, 1-2 minutes.If pan becomes dry, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time.Remove from burner.While onions cook, toast buns. -
Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add buns to hot pan, cut side down. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat. -
Cook Patties and Finish Dish
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until browned and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side, covering pan after flipping patties.
Remove from burner. Top patties evenly with blue cheese (to taste). Cover pan until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with onion, patty, arugula, and top bun. Bon appétit!
