Recipe Steps

    Cook The Beef

    In a mixing bowl, combine beef, ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Form into four equal-sized patties, about 3" in diameter. Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place patties in hot pan and cook until browned. Flip, top with cheese, cover and cook until ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Toast bread in pan until lightly toasted, 2-3 minutes.

    Prepare The Toppings

    Mince garlic Core tomato and cut into ½" dice In a bowl add garlic and tomatoes until completely combined. In another bowl, combine mayo and basil oil until completely combined.

    Cook The Potatoes

    "Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil, and potatoes. Stir often until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Add chimichurri seasoning and ¼ tsp salt. Cook 1 minute.
