Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Add cauliflower, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Add The Meatballs

    Carefully remove pan from oven, Add brussels, mayo, and bacon to cauliflower until completely combined. Push mixture to one side on the tray.

    Mix ground beef, crushed butter crackers, blue cheese, garlic salt, and blackening seasoning in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs. Add to empty side of tray.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in a hot oven until cauliflower is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove pan from oven, topping meatballs with hot sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!"
