Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add mashed potatoes and cheese to provided tray and stir to combine. Push to one corner. Combine 2 tsp. olive oil, peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper in tray. Push to corner next to potatoes.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry. Place chicken in empty space and top evenly with caramelized onion jam.

    Make Gravy and Finish Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. While meal bakes, mix demi-glace, seasoning blend, cornstarch, and 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl until completely combined. Microwave on high, 25-30 seconds. Carefully remove gravy from microwave and stir in butter until completely combined. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with gravy. Bon appétit!
