Cooking Guidelines

Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for vegetables) and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and top evenly with caramelized onion jam. Tent with foil.While chicken cooks, cook vegetables. -
Start the Vegetables
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.Add broccoli and potatoes to hot pan. Cover, and cook until slightly tender, 3-4 minutes. -
Finish the Vegetables
Uncover, and add bacon and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until potatoes are lightly browned, 4-5 minutes.
Top with cheese. Cover again, and cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing chicken on dressing (taste first; dressing is hot!) and topping vegetables with sour cream. Bon appétit!
