Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine corn salad, mirepoix blend, pasta, bbq seasoning, cream cheese. 2 tablespoons water, and 2 tsp olive oil in provided tray until completely combined. Top with half the cheese.
Add Chicken and Toppings
Add chicken on top of pasta mixture and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
Bake The Dish
Carefully remove pan from oven, Add bbq sauce and stir to combine. Top with remaining cheese and continue to bake until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Carefully remove pan from oven. Top with crispy jalapenos (to taste). Bon appétit!
