Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add peppers and 1 tsp olive oil to provided tray. Cover and bake for 7-8 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and push peppers to one side. Stir in corn, seasoning blend and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add steak strips to empty side of tray and top with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake uncovered until peppers are tender and steak strips are no longer pink, 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and top steak with bbq sauce.
Finish The Dish
Add slaw and dressing to a mixing bowl until completely combined.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
