Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and garlic salt to provided tray and stir to combine. Push green beans to one side of tray.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and add to empty space in tray. Top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, cream cheese, cheddar-jack cheese, then bacon.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 28-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken to a plate. Stir in butter until melted and combined. Top green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
