Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, garlic salt, and 1 tsp olive oil in provided tray. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
Make The Meatballs
Carefully remove from oven and push broccoli to one side. Top with bacon. Add ground beef, saltines, mayo, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to a mixing bowl until completely combined. Add to empty side of tray. Top with cheese.
Finish The Dish
Continue to bake in a hot oven until vegetables are tender and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and top meatballs with sauce and pickles. Top broccoli with sour cream.
