Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine cream base, bolognese, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and rice in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through and slightly thickened, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in peas and Parmesan. Spread into an even layer again and top with mozzarella.

    Microwave uncovered until peas are heated through and cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Coarsely crush crackers.

    To serve, top with crushed crackers and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine cream base, bolognese, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and rice in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.

    Cover tray with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through and slightly thickened, 15-18 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in peas and Parmesan. Spread into an even layer again and top with mozzarella.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until peas are heated through and cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Coarsely crush crackers.

    To serve, top with crushed crackers and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
