Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, working in batches if necessary.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, breaking up beef until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using whole chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, and seasoning blend to hot pan. Break up turkey until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Drain excess liquid from pan, if desired.While turkey cooks, drain black beans.Separate leaves of lettuce for cups. -
Add the Beans and Corn
Stir corn, beans, and pinch of salt into hot pan. Cook until beans and corn are heated through, 2-3 minutes.
If pan is dry, add 2 Tbsp. water, if desired. -
Add the Cheese
Add cream cheese, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir until cream cheese is melted and fully combined, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in shredded cheese until melted. -
Assemble Lettuce Cups and Finish Dish
On a clean work surface, add filling to each lettuce cup. Top with salsa and tortilla strips.
Layer two lettuce cups for extra crunch and structural support. You should have about 5-6 cups total.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
