Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, mushrooms, peas, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
Add the Chicken
Add cream cheese to empty side of tray and top with chicken breasts. Top chicken with demi-glace.
If using pork chops, follow same instructions. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using pork chops, bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken and vegetables to a plate. Stir cream cheese in tray to combine. Bon appétit!
