Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    PREWRITTEN Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Pat chicken dry. Combine chicken, zucchini, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes. [CHECK TIMING] Carefully remove from oven. Stir in pasta, cream cheese, and stroganoff sauce. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cream cheese has softened and pasta and sauce are heated through, 5-6 minutes. [CHECK TIMING]

    Finish the Meal

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir in sour cream until combined. Garnish meal with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
