Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine pasta, tomatoes, sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.

    Add the Shrimp

    Pat shrimp dry.

    Top pasta with shrimp and 2 tsp. olive oil. Season with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt.

    If using diced chicken or pulled pork, follow same instructions.

    Bake the Meal

    Cover tray with foil. Bake in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-16 minutes.

    If using diced chicken, bake in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-27 minutes. If using pulled pork, bake in hot oven until heated through, 14-16 minutes

    Carefully remove from oven. Add butter and gently stir to combine. Garnish meal with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
