Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, garlic salt, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and cream cheese in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add the Chicken
Carefully remove from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry. Place chicken in empty side of tray and top evenly with 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and brown sugar. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken, 3 minutes. While chicken rests, coarsely crush crispy beets. Spread mayonnaise evenly on rested chicken and top with beets, pressing gently to adhere.Stir lemon juice into green beans until coated. Top with goat cheese (crumbling if necessary) and almonds. Bon appétit!
