    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Juice one half and cut remaining half into wedges. In a mixing bowl, combine slaw, chipotle crema, and 1 tsp. lime juice. Set aside. In provided tray, combine chicken, poblanos, salsa, seasoning blend, and cream cheese. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave, 5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Rest, 3 minutes. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and garnish with slaw and cheddar-jack cheese. Squeeze lime wedges over tacos to taste. Bon appétit! If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and garnish with slaw and cheddar-jack cheese. Squeeze lime wedges over tacos to taste. Bon appétit!
