  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Break green beans in half, if desired.

Add green beans, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray and mix until completely combined.

Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

While green beans bake, form meatballs.

  2. 2

Add the Mashed Potatoes and Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one corner. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

Add mashed potatoes to empty corner of tray, next to green beans. Stir in remaining seasoning blend, then top with cheese.

Add meatballs to empty side of tray.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 26-28 minutes.

While meal bakes, combine Buffalo sauce (to taste), honey, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl until completed combined. Microwave on high, 15-20 seconds.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Top meatballs with Buffalo-honey sauce. Bon appétit!
