    Assemble The Dish

    Combine rice, seasoned salt blend, peas, parmesan, and 1 cup of water in the pan. Stir. Top with steaks and season evenly with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread demi glace evenly on both steaks. Add mozzarella, crispy onions, and then swiss cheese. Roast in a hot oven until rice is tender and the steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top each steak with a pat of butter. Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
