To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Assemble The Dish
Combine rice, seasoned salt blend, peas, parmesan, and 1 cup of water in the pan. Stir.
Top with steaks and season evenly with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Spread demi glace evenly on both steaks.
Add mozzarella, crispy onions, and then swiss cheese.
Roast in a hot oven until rice is tender and the steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each steak with a pat of butter.
