Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes. -
Add Chicken and Rice
Remove pan from oven and add arborio, caramelized onions, butter, 1/4 cup water, and garlic salt.
Top with chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper and white cheddar.. -
Finish The Dish
Continue to bake until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-24 minutes.
