Cooking Guidelines

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix cauliflower, tomatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes. -
Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Place pork chops in empty space in tray. Top evenly with goat cheese (breaking up with hands if needed) and panko. -
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish cauliflower with pesto and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
