Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Start the Green Beans

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and mirepoix base in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into an even layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Add the Chicken

    Carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Pat chicken breasts dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise and goat cheese (crumbling if necessary), pressing gently to adhere.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere. Garnish green beans with almonds. Bon appétit!
