Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Green Beans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and mirepoix base in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken breasts dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise and goat cheese (crumbling if necessary), pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere. Garnish green beans with almonds. Bon appétit!
