You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, tomatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Make the Meatloaves
Carefully remove from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Combine ground pork, remaining garlic salt, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized meatloaves and add to empty side of tray. Wash bowl clean and reserve.
If using ground beef, ground turkey or Impossible Burger, follow same instructions.

Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-33 minutes.
If using ground beef, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes. If using Impossible Burger, bake uncovered until loaves are heated through, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. In bowl used to make pork mixture, combine half the harissa (taste, then add more if desired) and sour cream. Garnish meatloaves with sour cream-harissa and top green beans with feta. Bon appétit!
