Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork, baking in Step 3 until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-22 minutes.

If using Impossible Burger, follow same instructions as ground pork, baking in Step 3 until burger is warmed through, 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Meatloves
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine ground pork, panko, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Form into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in one side of tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
Add the Vegetables
Carefully remove tray from oven.
In empty side of tray, combine diced peppers, corn, black beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine sour cream, green chiles (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish meatloaves with sour cream-chile mixture and top vegetables with cheese and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
