Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork, baking in Step 3 until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-22 minutes.

  • If using Impossible Burger, follow same instructions as ground pork, baking in Step 3 until burger is warmed through, 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Meatloves

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine ground pork, panko, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Form into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in one side of tray.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Add the Vegetables

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    In empty side of tray, combine diced peppers, corn, black beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    While meal bakes, combine sour cream, green chiles (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish meatloaves with sour cream-chile mixture and top vegetables with cheese and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
