Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine tomatoes, asparagus, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and ¼ tsp. salt in provided tray. Push to one side.

    Add the Chicken

    Place chicken in empty space in tray. Top chicken with 1 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and seasoning blend. If using salmon, follow same instructions.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using salmon, bake uncovered in hot oven until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 22-26 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle chicken with balsamic glaze and garnish vegetables with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
