Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    veg

    combine brussles, corn, poblanos and red onion in baking tin. keep the container corn came in to mix butter. season with 2 tsp evoo and ½ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. mix well. move veg to one side of pan to leave the other side empty for pork.

    pork and butter

    place pork in the empty side of the baking dish. season with ¼ tsp salt and pepper. bake for 20 minutes. while pork is in oven mix butter. combine butter, seasoning packet and honey into corn container. mix until all is incorporated and smooth.
