Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, peppers, garlic salt, and 2 tsp olive oil to pan. Spread into a single layer and roast in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Add Meatloaves

    Add ground pork, butter crackers, dressing, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form evenly into two loaves. Carefully remove pan from oven and push vegetables to one side. Add loaves to empty side of tray and top evenly with marinara and mozzarella.

    Bake The Dish

    Bake in a hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Top vegetables with parmesan. Bon appétit!
