slice shallot into 1/8th inch roundscombine to make picklecut potatoes into 1/2 inch fries -
cooking the fries
toss fries with 2 t olive oil and seasoning blend
place on tray and bake in oven 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes -
making the burger
while fries cook combine pork with 1/4 t salt and a pinch of pepper
form into 4 pattiesplace cheese in center of 2 patties and top with otherpressing edges to sealheat large non stick over medium high heat add 2 t olive oilsear 2-3 minutes per side until golden brownfinish in oven on tray with fries -
searing pineapple and toast bun
once the burger is in the oven, using the same pan sear the pineapple on both sides 1 to 2 minutes per side
toast the bun for 2-3 minutes in the oven -
