You Will Need
Medium Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare Ingredients and Make Dressing
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Halve pear lengthwise, core, and cut into 1/8" slices.
In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon honey mustard dressing and 1 Tbsp. water. Set aside.
Pat chicken breasts dry.
Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove pan from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and let cool, 2 minutes.
Once cool, cut chicken into ½" dice.
Heat the Farro Blend
Carefully massage farro blend in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove grains from packaging.
Prepare Salad and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine romaine, farro blend, dried cherries, walnuts, chicken, and pear. Taste, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving Dijon honey mustard dressing on the side. Bon appétit!
