1 Cook The Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with smokehouse maple seasoning. " Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 2 Prepare The Ingredients
Mince garlic Stem and mince rosemary. Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into ¼” half-moons.

3 Cook The Gnocchi Mixture
Add 2 tsp olive oil in the same pan over high heat. Add gnocchi and zucchini to hot pan and cook until lightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese, ⅓ cup water, and goat cheese until combined. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
