    Cook The Chicken

    Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with smokehouse maple seasoning. " Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and chicken to hot pan and cook until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet. Top equally with fig preserves.     Prepare The Ingredients

    Mince garlic Stem and mince rosemary. Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into ¼” half-moons.

    Cook The Gnocchi Mixture

    Add 2 tsp olive oil in the same pan over high heat. Add gnocchi and zucchini to hot pan and cook until lightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese, ⅓ cup water, and goat cheese until combined. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
