Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice Trim ends off green beans. Cut into 1" pieces. Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into ¼" dice.

2 Start The Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine vinegar, base, and ½ cup water. Season pork with maple seasoning and add. Top with sweet potatoes, onions, ½ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook for 3 ½ hours.

3 Add Ingredients
Make a cornstarch slurry. Remove lid and add slurry, green beans, and bacon. Continue to cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 30 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling maple syrup on pork and vegetables. Bon appétit!
