We all know what the classic, go-to pork pizza topping is: those perfectly round, red discs of pure cured meat, pepperoni. (We will also accept sausage as an answer.) But this carnitas flatbread promotes the pig in a whole new way. Ground pork is seasoned with feisty taco seasoning, sweet corn, and garlic. Lime crema on the bottom balances the flavors perfectly. Go-tos, get lost. Tip: Make quick work of mincing garlic by smashing the whole clove with the side of your chef's knife. Then rock the knife back and forth, keeping the tip steady by resting your other hand over the top.
