Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add cauliflower, carrot and celery blend, and 2 Tbsp. water to provided tray. Spread into a single layer.
Cover with foil. Bake in hot oven, 10 minutes.
While vegetables bake, form meatloaves.
Prepare the Meatloaves
Finely crush crackers.
Mix ground turkey, crackers, Parmesan, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form ground turkey mixture into two equally-sized ovals.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in peas and garlic salt and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add meatloaves to empty side of tray and top evenly with mozzarella.
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base and demi-glace. Microwave on high, 30 seconds.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top vegetables with cream-demi sauce. Bon appétit!
