    Make The Meal

    If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblano and 1 tablespoon water on one side of provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and add beans, corn, and seasoning blend to poblanos until completely combined. Add chicken, cheese sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to empty side of tray. Microwave until warmed through 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Wrap tortillas in a damp towel and microwave for 30 seconds. Garnish with sour cream and cholula (use less if spice-averse). If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblano and 1 tablespoon water on one side of provided tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from microwave and add beans, corn, and seasoning blend to poblanos until completely combined. Add chicken, cheese sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to empty side of tray. Bake until warmed through 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Wrap tortillas in a damp towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
