To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    ING/PIC/ER -----> this is a two in spice, any way we can add green hatch chiles to taste or tell them to use less mayo if spice averse?

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine sweet potatoes, corn, garlic salt, green hatch chiles, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Add the Pork

    Carefully, remove tray from oven. Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread mayonnaise evenly on chops and top with crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere. Push vegetables to one side of tray and place pork chops in empty side. Use a utensil! Tray will be hot.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered again until sweet potatoes are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Transfer pork to a plate. Stir vegetables to completely combine and top with cheese. Bon appétit!
