Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients and Cook The Pork

    Coarsely chop the cauliflower. "Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil, ground pork, Asian seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees , 5-7 minutes. " Transfer to a plate and tent. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

    Cook The Vegetables

    In the same pan over medium heat, add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook 2-3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 5 minutes. Uncover, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and onion salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes.

    Add Sauce

    Add orange sauce and 1 Tbsp. water and bring to a simmer.

    Finish The Dish
