Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    BAKE THE STEAK AND VEGETABLES

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine peppers and onions and seperated steak strips in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. season with a pinch of salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes.

    Finish Steak and peppers

    carefully remove from oven and add ¼ tsp salt and corn starch.. mix well. add beef dimi and mix again. place back in hot oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.

    ASSEMBLE THE TACOS and make cheese sauce

    While meal bakes, combine 2 Tbsp water, cream cheese and a pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl. microwave for 1 minute until cream cheese has melted and add mozz. mix well until mixture is creamy. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds Garnish tacos with crispy onions and red pepper flakes.
