1 Assemble The Dish
Add potatoes, peas, meatloaf seasoning, ¼ tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper to the pan. Top with steaks, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Drizzle steaks evenly with demi glace. Top each with butter and provolone slice. Roast in a hot oven until potatoes are tender and steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 22-26 minutes. Top with crispy onions.
