You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Start the Ground Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add ground beef and seasoning blend to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Transfer ground beef to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.
While beef cooks, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the Broccoli
Add broccoli, slaw mix, garlic, ¼ tsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan.
Cover, and cook until broccoli turns bright green, 4-5 minutes.
Add the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch and ¼ cup water until cornstarch is dissolved.
Uncover pan, and stir in spicy Szechuan sauce (to taste), sesame garlic sauce, and sugar until combined.
Add cornstarch-water mixture and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir in ground beef and cook until warmed through, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from burner.
Finish the Dish
