Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.Combine shrimp, flour, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Mix until no dry flour remains.Stir in 1/3 cup water, marinara, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and half the red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish). Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. -
Bake Meal and Prepare Ciabatta
Bake uncovered in hot oven until bubbling, 8-10 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve ciabatta, if necessary.Drizzle cut side with 2 tsp. olive oil and top with half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish). -
Bake Ciabatta and Finish Meal
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in spinach, pasta, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with foil. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Place ciabatta in hot oven directly on rack, cut side up, and bake until golden, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove ciabatta and meal from oven.To serve, top pasta with remaining Parmesan and remaining red pepper flakes (to taste).
