Prepare The Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans
Halve potatoes lengthwise -
Roast The Potatoes and Green Beans
Toss fingerling potatoes with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the seasoning blend on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and roast until golden brown and fork-tender, 18-20 minutes, rotating pan halfway through.
Toss green beans with 1 tsp olive oil and remaining seasoning blend. Halfway through the potato cooking time, add green beans to the pan and roast. -
Cook The Steaks
Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan, and cook until browned and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Reserve pan; wipe clean. -
Make The Sauce
In the same pan over medium heat, add bacon and cook until slightly crispy, 2-3 minutes.
Add demi and 1 tablespoon water. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. -
Finish The Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping fingerlings with parmesan. Bon appétit!
