Roast The Broccoli
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the garlic salt and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.While broccoli roasts, prepare the chicken. -
Cook The Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add 2 tsp olive oil and chicken to hot pan, skin side down. Cook undisturbed until browned, 4-5 minutes. Transfer chicken, seared side up, to prepared baking sheet with broccoli. Roast until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-12 minutes.Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook The Bacon
In the same pan over medium heat, add bacon and cook until crisp. 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

Cook The Cakes
Add mashed potatoes, remaining garlic salt, and panko to a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form evenly into four cakes.
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to hot pan. Add cakes and cook until warmed through and browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Top with cheese and bacon. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. -
Finish The Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping cakes with sour cream and chicken with bbq sauce. Bon appétit!
