Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Make the Meatloaves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine panko, ricotta, ground turkey, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Form into two equally-sized loaves and place in one half of tray.

2 Add Vegetables and Bake Meal
In empty half of tray, combine peas, caramelized onion jam, and zucchini. Top with seasoned salt. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

3 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven. Top meatloaves with stroganoff sauce and Swiss cheese. Bake again until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
