Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potato sticks on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 15-17 minutes.Rest roasted sweet potato fries, 5 minutes.While sweet potato roasts, cook patties. -
Make the Slaw
Combine slaw mix and sweet chili sauce (to taste) in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over low heat. Place buns, cut side down, in hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner. Remove buns to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook the Patties
Combine ground pork, Sriracha (use less if spice averse), soy sauce, and seasoning blend in another mixing bowl. Form into two patties, about 5" in diameter.
Return pan used to cook buns to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with mayonnaise, patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
